St. Louise trip

Von Sonntag, Dezember 30 bis eigentlich geplannt Januar 2, waren meine Gast-mom Lana, andere Exchange Students Riina, Anamaria und mein kleiner Nephew Izaac in St. Louise.

Wir waren shoppen, haben den "Arch" besichtigt und haben uns die Stadt angeguckt.

Bilder von der "Arch" werde ich reinstellen, wenn ich die Bilder auf meinen Laptop bekomme.

Leider sind wir am Abreisetag krank geworden und mussten dann nach nur 2 Stunden anhalten und in einem Motel uebernachten.

Aber wir sind dann doch nach hause gekommen. Ich fande es toll!!



From Sunday, December 30 to normally January 2, my host mom Lana, exchange students Riina and Anamaria and my little Nephew Izaac were in St. Louise.

We were shopping, visited the "Arch" and visited the city.

Pictures I took will be published when I can get them on my Laptop.

The only bad thing is that we got sick on the day of our trip back to Kansas. So we had to stop after only 2 hours and sleep in a Motel.

But we got home one day later (January 3). I think it was super good!!

Last days of school

Ja gestern und heute sind finals aber auch Weihnachtstage.
Entweder wir schreiben Tests oder wir machen Wiehnachts Sachen wie Heisse Schoki trinken, Marshmallows, cookies und popcorn essen und Weihnachtsfilem gucken!
Einfach TOOOOLLLLL!!!

Yesterday and today are finals, but also the days before Christmas.
There are 2 choices: we write tests or do Christmas stuff like drink hot chocolate, eat Marshmallows, cookies and popcorn and watch Christmas movies!

Heute nacht hat es angefangen zu schneien und nach einer stunde waren da schon mehr als 3 inches Schnee.

Ich bin im Moment am warten, ob Schulfrei ist...

LOCK DOWN

OMG wir hatten einen totalen Lock down in der Schule und das so kurz nachdem Shooting in einer Grundschule.
Okay Entwarnung!! War nur weil ein Maedchen umgekippt ist und das niemand sehen sollte einfach um sie zu schuetzen.
Aber erstmal voll der SCHOCK!!

OMG we had a big lock down in school and that a short time after a shooting in an elementary school.
Okay everything is okay!! A girl passed out and nobody should see her like that and it was to protect her.
But first everubody was shocked!!

Games in Wilson

Wir haben letzten Freitag gegen Wilson gespielt.
Die Varsity Girls haben verloren und die JV und Varsity Boys auch.

Okay the JV auch, aber nur knapp. Wir haben hart gespielt und ich habe die ganze erste zeit gespielt. UND ICH HABE DEN JUMP BALL GEMACHT!! WUhuuuu

Zwar verloren aber wir haben gekaempft!!

We played against Wilson last Friday.

JV Boys and Varsity Boys and Girls lost.

Okay JV Girls too but there were not a big difference.

We fought hard and I played the whole first quarter!

AND I MADE THE JUMP BALL!!

We lost but we got better and fought hard!!
