Prom

Tut mir leid, dass ich so lange nichts geschrieben habe, aber in der letzten Zeit hatte ich immer Softball und Track und dann auch noch PROM!!

Prom ist ein riesen Deal hier in den USA! Tanzen und feiern alle zusammen, ist wichtig, aber auch, wie alle aussehen.
Maedchen mit Kleidern und Jungs mit Anzuegen. Hier ein paar Fotos von meinem Prom. Das Thema war: "Midnight Masquerade" und war am 20. April 2013

I'm sorry that I didn't update my blog, but i didn't had time, because of Track and Softball and the PROM!!

We all danced together and the girls all wore dresses and the boys suits.

Youth Group Trip

Die ST. Johns Lutheran Youth Group haben eine kleine Reise von Lincoln, KS nach Salida, CO gemacht. Von March 16. bis 19. wir haben stopps in Colorado Springs udn anderen kleinen Orten gemacht. Wir haben erst als unser Mission geholfen ein Haus fuer Leute die Hilfe brauchen auf zu rauemen. Sonntag und Montag waren wir skiing und ich habe skiien gelernt. War echt super.

 The St. Johns Lutheran Youth Group made a little trip from Lincoln, Ks to Salida, CO. From March 16. to 19. We stopped in Colorado Springs. There we helped to clean a house for people who need help as a mission. Sunday and Monday we were skiing and I learned how to ski. Super trip!!

Countdown back to Germany

Ich weiss nicht ob ich happy sein soll oder nicht....
Ich werde traurig sein nicht mehr hier in den USA, Lincoln zu sein, aber auch happy, dass ich wieder in Deutschland bin mit meiner deutschen Familie....

I don't know if i should be happy or not...

I will be sad, because i won't be in the USA, in Lincoln anymore, but also happy that I will be with my Germany family...

Making it to state....

Okay ich habe es in meinem Journalism Contest bis aufs Statelevel gemacht.
Und ich will es eigentlich gar nicht.
Ich habe Editorial Comic mit Hornorable Mention geschafft und auf dem ersten Platz mit Infographic gemacht.
Mit Inforgraphics ist alles super, weil ich das echt gut fande. Aber comic.... Ich weiss nicht...
Naja ich werde am 4. Mai nach Lawrence kommen!! COOOOOOLLLL!!

Okay in my Journalism Contest I made it to state!
And in one part i don't want to go to state.
I got to state with an editorial comic with honorable mention and 1st place with Infographics.
I liked my Inforgraphic, so I am happy with it but with the comic... I don't know...
But on May 4th I will go to Lawrence! I think it's good!!!
